Jeff is a dedicated Judo coach, skilled practitioner, and devoted family man. He holds a Black Belt in Judo and a Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Renowned for his coaching expertise, Jeff excels at breaking down the fundamentals of Judo, making them accessible to new judo students. With a strong competitive background, he has achieved success in both Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournaments. Jeff is particularly recognised as an Uchi Mata specialist, mastering this throw as his signature move.
